Back Country Foods is the maker of Back Country Cuisine and Sea To Summit Distribution only delivers Back Country Cuisine ordered from this website to Australian addresses.

Shipping & Delivery
Free Express shipping via Australia Post within Australia for orders over $100.00. All orders under $100.00 incur a $10.00 shipping fee for delivery within Australia.

Sea To Summit Distribution dispatch orders from their warehouse in Perth, WA in 1-2 business days. Orders shipped Express to Metro areas in major capital cities are delivered in approximately 1-2 business days. Orders shipped Express to regions outside of Metro areas are delivered in approximately 2-4 business days, depending on location. Orders shipped via standard shipping will be delivered in 1-10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by public holidays, promotional events and other factors outside of our control. Back Country Cuisine cannot be held responsible for delays to regular processing times.

Order Status
Once your Australian Back Country Cuisine order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take 24 hours to update.

We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

Returns Policy
Returns made easy! If something does go wrong, just contact us to let us know what went wrong so we can determine how to best help you. Items being returned must be returned in 30 days of purchase. We will cover the cost of the return for faulty products or incorrect shipments. For a change of mind or other reasons, return costs are your responsibility.

How to make a return
Please ensure your items are carefully packaged and addressed clearly to us. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products that arrive damaged or are lost in transit.

We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return. Your refund will be made to the original payment method and may take up to 5 working days to return to your account.

Faulty (Defective or damaged) products
We stand behind all of our products. If your product is defective or damaged and it has been less than 30 days, we will replace it for you at no cost.
